How do I place an order?

1. Find the marketing materials you require, either by brand or material type. Select whether you want physical or digital copies and indicate the quantity. Then click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button.

2. Once you have added all your materials, proceed to the Basket and click on the "CHECK OUT" button. You will be prompted to confirm or add your delivery address.

3. Submit your credit card details to pay for the cost of transport, which is £5 plus VAT.

How many materials can I order?

There is no limit to how many materials you can order; however, there is a limit on the quantities per item. Once you've reached this limit, the system will not allow you to order more.

How much will it cost?

All materials are free of charge, as it is our way of supporting your clinic's growth. We do charge £5 plus VAT per order to help cover the delivery costs, regardless of your location.

Can I order a digital version of the items?

Yes, for most materials, you can order both a print and a digital version. The digital version incurs no delivery cost, and once you submit the order, you can download it immediately.

**Note: If you are based in the Republic of Ireland, only digital versions are available, as print items are sent by another partner in the country.
