How do I place an order?

1. Find the marketing materials you require either by brand or material type, then select whether you want physical or digital copies and the quantity. Then click on the ADD TO BASKET button.

2. Once you have added all of your materials go to the Basket and click on the CHECK OUT button. You will be asked to confirm or add your delivery address.

3. Submit your credit card details to pay for the cost of transport which is £5 plus VAT.

How many materials can I order?

There is no limit to how many materials you can order however there is a limit on the quantities per item. When you have reached this limit, the systems will not allow you to order any more.

How much will it cost?

All the materials are free of charge as it is our way to help you grow your clinic. We do have a cost of £5 plus VAT per order to help contribute towards the delivery of the materials regardless of where you are located.

Can I order a digital version of the items?

Yes, for most materials you will be able to order a print and a digital version. For the digital version there is no delivery cost and once you have submitted the order you will be able to download it.

** If you are based in the Republic of Ireland you will only be able to order a digital version, as the print items are sent by another partner in the country.

I've ordered the wrong materials?

For the materials you have ordered in error you may either keep them or dispose of them
