How much is the delivery cost?

All materials are free of charge as it is our way to help you grow your clinic. We do have a cost of £5 plus VAT per order to help contribute towards the delivery of the materials regardless of where you are in the UK.

How long does it take to receive my items?

Delivery can take up to 2-3 working days. If for some reason we can’t deliver the materials within this timeframe, you will be contacted with a new delivery date.

I have not received my order?

I received the wrong items?

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the whole of the UK. Please note that if you are based in the Republic of Ireland, only digital items are available to order, as print items are sent by another partner in the country. Please speak to your local Account Manager for more information or email customerservices@merz.com.
